If I want to listen to the full-bandwidth audio on my home stereo, I can play the CDs. They will be listened to primarily on my phone or on y computer speakers. I'm mostly looking to rip CDs to MP3 for convenience. "Plan B" is to try installing an older version of Itunes to see how that works, but I would rather find some newer software to do the tasks of ripping and playing music (doesn't have to be the same software, necessarily). I've been using ITunes for years, but as many of you probably know, the latest versions have been a garbage fire. I recently upgraded my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I tried to set up media streaming, but those two can’t playback files from Media Server storage and I don’t want to use Windows Media Player. This problem is on all 3 of my laptops, no matter how far I am from router (1-3 meters). Groove is playing next song when there are problems with playback. On Dopamine it is freezeing, 10 times on one song. But when I tried to play music from WD on those two programs there are problems. Music collection is loading, everything looks great. When I use Dopamine Player or Groove Music to select drive where music is stored I select music on WD. My dream is to play my flac music collection, personally ripped from my CDs. It is connected to router by cable, my WiFi is 5GHz on AC. I have WD M圜loud 2TB as my personal file storage.
